Description : Hi, Thanks for your interest in the project. As agreed, please see attached is an RFQ for a basement project at 61 Tom St. The scope includes underpinning to increase floor height from 6'-6" to 8'-0", a new 4" slab over insulation and gravel with polish-ready finish, and installation of three new footings, Lally posts, and a steel beam. The target start date is mid-June, with completion by the end of August. A few additional items are included in the RFQ that may be incorporated if you're experienced in those areas.
